Habit Observer is made by OxiSoft, a small studio in Poland. Mail reaches a person, not a ticket queue.

Common questions

I bought PRO and it is not showing

Open the PRO page (tap the FREE badge on the home screen, or try to add a fourth habit) and choose Restore purchase. The unlock is tied to the store account that paid for it, so make sure you are signed in with the same Google or Apple account.

I changed phone — how do I move my habits?

You cannot, and this is the honest trade-off of the design: Habit Observer has no account and no cloud, so there is no copy of your data anywhere but the device it was created on. A new phone starts with an empty hive.

I lost my data after reinstalling

The habit database lives in the app’s private storage and is removed with the app, exactly as the store’s data-safety label says. There is no backup on our side to restore from, because we never receive your data.

Can I have more than seven habits?

No. Seven is a deliberate limit — the honeycomb is meant to stay readable at a glance, and seven habits kept beat thirty abandoned.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Delete statistics or Delete all data. It is immediate and final.

Privacy

The app collects nothing. The full policy is on the privacy page.
